April 27 – Karen Benedetti – “Thank You Notes” – mixed media/collage
We are going to make "Thank You Notes" using painted and embellished papers.  We will paint paper using watercolor, ink and acrylics, cut and paste textured papers, and do some stamping for a final emphasis.  We all have something to be thankful for, even when we have gone through a rough period, and usually there is someone we would like to thank for help or encouragement or support during the tough times.  I know I do.

May 4 -  Jana Bobo & Terry Wunderlich – “Jewelry Making”
The participants will make a necklace using a focal piece and knotting technique. No previous experience or tools needed.

May 11 –Ardis Macaulay & Bonnie Kuntz  – “Exploring Inner Symbolism”

The participants will have the opportunity to experience a technique to uncover the universal/ personal symbolic meaning hidden in landscape imagery through the development of a Situational Landscape Drawing.  No artistic skill is necessary to participate.  Art is the universal language of the soul. This session is designed to allow personal messages from our deeper intuitive Selves a "visual voice," providing us with new insight and meaning for our daily lives.
